We are seeking a capable and detail‑focused Office Administrator to support management and work closely with multiple departments, including the warehouse team. This is a varied role suited to someone who is technically minded, enjoys problem‑solving, staying organised, and keeping operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Inventory ordering — Run inventory ordering reports and prepare supplier purchase orders for managerial approval.
- Supplier communication — Send approved orders, process confirmations, and update delivery dates as they are received.
- Customer updates — Notify customers of revised delivery timelines.
- Supplier follow‑ups — Chase overdue or unconfirmed orders and resolve purchase order issues.
- Warehouse support — Assist the Warehouse Manager with stock discrepancies and related issues.
- Product code creation — Create new product codes as required.
- General inventory admin — Support miscellaneous stock and inventory‑related tasks.

- Strong attention to detail — especially with long stock codes.
- Numerical accuracy — comfortable working with figures and data.
- Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Self‑starter mindset — able to complete tasks efficiently and independently.

Role Details
Hourly rate: $35–$37 + Super. You will start as a casual, progressing to permanent after a qualifying period.
Hours: Full‑time, 38 hours per week (Mon–Fri), in‑office
