A leading company based in Hornsby is seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic individual to fill a busy Admin role.

Reporting to the Administration Manager, this is an extremely varied role within the business and daily duties include (but are not limited to);

  • Creating documentation as required
  • Email correspondence
  • Assisting in office maintenance projects
  • Updating/maintaining databases & data entry
  • General administrative tasks as required.
  • Relief reception
  • Many & varied ad-hoc duties as necessary

This role will suit a candidate with previous administration experience preferably within a fast-paced dynamic environment and calls for the individual to be able to demonstrate initiative, be a problem-solver and work both independently as well as within a team environment.

Applicants must possess exceptional communication skills with a great eye for detail, be extremely organised and efficient with the ability to multi-task and possess a ‘can-do’ disposition.

Strong computer literacy including Microsoft Word and Excel knowledge is essential, as is a minimum of 1-year experience in a similar administrative role.
